Leslie J. Snyder co-founded the firm in 1990 with her late husband, David L. Snyder. In forming the firm, Leslie and David combined their extensive large national law firm experiences. Leslie's experience in the development and financing of office towers, shopping centers, school facilities and other large real estate projects complemented David's experience in environmental and municipal law. The in-depth experience of the firm's founders in real estate, municipal and environmental law formed the nucleus of a boutique practice ideally suited for the development of telecommunication and municipal facilities. Leslie graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1982 (B.S. Economics, summa cum laude) and from New York University School of Law in 1985 (J.D.) where she was an Editor of The Journal of International Law and Politics. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is active in both the state and federal courts. Leslie has previously served as counsel to the Town of Harrison in connection with all environmental, real estate and land use matters. In addition to heading the firm's Real Estate and Commercial Transaction Department, Leslie participates in various community activities. She currently serves as treasurer of the Westchester County Municipal Planning Federation, and was previously on the Board of Directors of the Southern New York Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Leslie is a frequent lecturer to both attorneys and land use members on such topics as the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act, the purview of planning boards and zoning board of appeals, and the Telecommunications Act with respect to personal wireless service facilities.

Robert D. Gaudioso joined the firm in 1994 and has been a partner since 2000. Robert graduated summa cum laude from Stony Brook University in 1990, cum laude from Pace University School Law School (J.D. 1993) and obtained a Masters of Laws in Environmental Law from Pace University School of Law in 1994. He is admitted to practice in New York, and in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York. Robert has personally appeared before numerous land use boards in New York City, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. He has litigated various wireless cases in Federal District Courts in New York, California, Massachusetts, Arizona and New Hampshire. Robert has been published in leading wireless communications industry journals and is a frequent lecturer to the wireless industry speaking on the topic of wireless communications, including Public Safety Radio, NYCWIN, FirstNet, 5G, Drones and the Internet of Things (“IoT”). Robert D. Gaudioso is a board member of the New York State Wireless Association (“NYSWA”) and is the Co-Chairman of the Regulatory Committee. Robert was named to the New York Metro Super Lawyers list for 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Jordan M. Fry joined Snyder & Snyder, LLP in 2007 and became a partner in 2016. Jordan graduated from New York Law School in 2007 (J.D., Cum Laude) where he was a member of the New York Law School Real Estate Association and Corporate Law Society. He received his undergraduate degree in 2004 from Long Island University, C.W. Post, where he majored in Business Management and minored in Accounting (B.S., Magna Cum Laude). Jordan concentrates in the areas of real estate transactions, commercial leasing, land use, telecommunications, and construction law. He has obtained numerous land use approvals in the New York Metropolitan area for both wireless communications and “Big-Box” retail projects. In addition, Jordan has negotiated hundreds of wireless communication site agreements and heads the firm’s in-building distributed antenna system (DAS) unit. He has also negotiated many complex DAS agreements for both outdoor and indoor networks, including Class “A” office buildings, college campuses, hospitals, hotels, and sports venues throughout New York City. Jordan is a frequent lecturer on land use and telecommunication matters and is a member of the New York State Wireless Association.

Nicole Medina joined Snyder & Snyder, LLP in October 1999. Nicole concentrates in the areas of real estate transactions, commercial leasing, title and environmental reviews. Prior to joining Snyder & Snyder, LLP in 1999, Nicole practiced immigration law. She graduated from Pace University School of Law in 1996. She received her undergraduate degree from Marist College (B.A. English, 1993). Nicole is admitted to practice in New York.

Douglas Warden is a 1995 graduate of Fordham University School of Law where he was an active member of the School's Moot Court Board and Intellectual Property Law Journal. He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College, in Easton, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Snyder & Snyder, LLP, in 2001, Douglas practiced with a major municipal law and litigation firm in Nassau County, New York, servicing the litigation needs of a variety of municipal and corporate clients. Douglas Warden concentrates in the areas of litigation, land use, telecommunications and environmental law.

Michael P. Sheridan joined Snyder & Snyder, LLP in 2007. Michael concentrates in the areas of real estate transactions and land use. He regularly appears before land use boards in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Ulster, and Putnam Counties. Prior to joining Snyder & Snyder, LLP, he practiced real estate law in New York City. Michael graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2004 (J.D.). He received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in 1995 (B.A. Political Science and TRF Production). Michael is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Carla Chaves practices with Snyder & Snyder, LLP, focusing on telecommunications and real estate transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, Carla worked directly for wireless providers in the build-out of their wireless infrastructure. Carla combines more than 13 years of experience handling legal and business issues involving the telecommunications industry. Carla is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York since 1998. She obtained a Masters in Comparative Jurisprudence from New York University School of Law in 1996 and graduated from the University of Lisbon, School of Law. Carla is an active member of various organizations, including the New York State Bar Association’s International Section and Electronic Communications Commission, and the New York State Wireless Association’s Regulatory Committee.

David J. Kenny joined the firm in 2017, and is a graduate of the 2015 class of Pace Law School (J.D. Cum Laude, Certificate in Environmental Law). Prior to his joining the firm David worked for the Village of Port Chester where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in the internal processes of local municipalities. At Pace Law School, David was an active volunteer at Pace’s Land Use Law Center, and received a Distinguished Service Award for his work at the Center. David was also a member of Pace’s Environmental Law Review. David graduated from Manhattan College in 2012 (B.A.).

Deborah Beals is Of Counsel to Snyder & Snyder, LLP, bringing over 25 years of in-house telecommunications experience to the firm. Most recently, Deborah was Associate General Counsel of AboveNet Communications, Inc. Her practice has focused on national telecommunications infrastructure expansion, including right-of-way acquisition, project construction, risk management, litigation oversight and the preparation of a variety of agreements related to the sale of fiber optic services. Before joining AboveNet, Deborah served as Counsel to NYNEX Corporation where her responsibilities included office leasing, design and construction agreements, real estate project financing, and merger and acquisitions support. She graduated from Pace University School of Law in 1982 and is admitted to practice in New York.
