With over 25 years of experience negotiating commercial and retail leases and procuring governmental approvals, Leslie positioned Snyder & Snyder, LLP as an industry leader. Her work has enriched the tri-state area by enabling the development of telecommunications facilities, switching facilities, distributed antenna systems (DAS), and other vital telecommunications installations.
Named a New York Metro Super Lawyer for her experience in real estate and communications, she also heads the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Transactions group, drawing from her expertise to grow the team’s skillset.

A dedicated community member, Leslie is a former Town of Harrison attorney and currently serves as a director of the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, holds a J.D. degree from the New York University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in New York State where she is active in both state and federal courts.
A partner since 2000, Robert has successfully litigated wireless telecommunications and public utility cases in Federal District Courts and State Courts in New York, New Jersey, California, Massachusetts, Arizona, and New Hampshire. He has successfully represented a national developer in a breach of contract case against a municipality resulting in a favorable settlement in excess of 30 million dollars. Robert has personally appeared before countless land use boards in New York City, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, and throughout the State of New York.
A tenacious leader in our firm as well as an influential industry contributor, Robert has been continuously named to the New York Metro Super Lawyers list since 2013. He applies his skills beyond the call of duty as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs of the New York State Wireless Association (NYSWA), as well as Vice President of Operations for a condominium board and Vice President of a homeowners’ association.
Due to his extensive experience and knowledge, Robert frequently lectures and has been published in leading wireless communications industry journals on topics such as Federal Telecommunications Law, FCC Regulations, Small Wireless Facilities and DAS, 5G Technology, Public Safety Radio, FirstNet, Drones, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Before joining the firm in 1994, Robert graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law School (J.D.), obtained a Masters of Law in Environmental Law, and a B.S. summa cum laude from Stony Brook University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, and in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York and the District Court of New Jersey, and in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Many New York City office buildings, college campuses, hospitals, hotels, and sports venues are now equipped for success thanks to Jordan’s efforts. Head of our firm’s in-building distributed antenna system (DAS) unit, he has negotiated hundreds of complex agreements for both outdoor and indoor networks.
A partner at Snyder & Snyder, LLP since 2016, Jordan is a valuable leader in telecommunications law, real estate transactions, commercial leasing, land use, and construction law.
In recognition of the excellent results Jordan delivers in obtaining land use approvals in the New York metropolitan area for both wireless communications and retail projects, Jordan was selected to the New York Metro Rising Stars list in 2018.
Drawing from his experience, he is also a frequent lecturer on land use and telecommunication matters, and is an active member of the New York State Wireless Association.
Before joining Snyder & Snyder, LLP in 2007, Jordan graduated from New York Law School (J.D., cum laude) where he was a member of the New York Law School Real Estate Association and Corporate Law Society. He received his undergraduate degree in 2004 from Long Island University, C.W. Post, where he majored in Business Management and minored in Accounting (B.S., magna cum laude). Jordan is admitted to practice in New York State.
Doug is a leading legal advocate for Solar Energy Deployment in New York State. His legal guidance has resulted in the development, permitting, and deployment of more than 50 2MW Utility Scale Community Distributed Generation Solar Farms.
Doug is an outstanding land use and real estate litigator in the Hudson Valley with over 20 years successfully representing Fortune 500 public utility entities, private individuals, and municipalities.
Besides being a skilled litigator, Doug provides unique business solutions, strategic advice, and counseling to businesses on a broad range of legal and contractual matters.
Before joining the firm, Doug was employed by one of Long Island’s preeminent municipal law and land use law firms. He is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law (1995) and Lafayette College (1989), and is admitted to practice in New York State.
David represents a broad range of clients in front of various municipal boards in both New York and New Jersey. He also protects the rights of applicants and property owners through litigation on both the federal and state levels.
His areas of practice extend beyond litigation and municipal law to include land use and zoning (New York law and New Jersey’s MLUL), telecommunications, and environmental law (including SEQRA). His broad practice areas and record of success have already earned him the Super Lawyer distinction and a spot on the New York Metro Rising Stars list.
As a partner at Snyder & Snyder, LLP since 2023, David has continued to lead clients through complex zoning and development issues, and has helped expand the firm’s areas of practice into new emerging industries, such as the Cannabis Industry and Energy Storage Facilities.
Before joining the firm in March 2017, David worked on various legal matters for the Village Attorney of Port Chester where he advised municipal boards, reviewed and drafted contracts, and assisted with compliance matters and litigation.
A graduate of Pace Law School (cum laude 2015), he was active in the Pace Environmental Law Review, received the Environmental Law Certificate, and earned the Land Use Law Center Distinguished Service Award. David received his B.A. from Manhattan College (Dean’s List, 2012), where he began to develop his interest in Environmental Law on the 2012 National Model UN Team, Sustainable Development Committee.
A member of the New York State Bar Association, David is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey and is eager to assist clients with development projects or related litigation in either state.
Michael Sheridan represents clients in zoning matters, real estate development and related
litigation in New York and New Jersey. He has represented individual property owners as well as
Fortune 500 companies. Such clients include telecommunication providers, renewable energy
providers, retailers, religious institutions and private educational institutions.
Michael works on all aspects of the zoning process and has experience in overseeing projects
from conception to approval. He has appeared before numerous local municipal boards, county
boards and state agencies. He regularly works on projects which require wetland approvals from
the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and approvals from the New
York State Department of Transportation. Michael has successfully represented clients in
obtaining special permits, variances, subdivision and site plan approvals and wetlands permits.
Michael is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and
the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law
in 2004 (J.D.) and Syracuse University in 1995 (graduating from the S.I. Newhouse School of
Public Communications while also earning a degree in Political Science). Michael is admitted to
practice in both New York and New Jersey.
Angela concentrates on land use and leasing transactions for Snyder & Snyder, LLP. A graduate of the City University of New York School of Law (J.D. 2019), Angela was chosen to participate in the law school’s clinical program as a student attorney. Angela worked for the firm as a paralegal while obtaining her J.D. in the evening program. Prior to joining the firm, Angela was selected to intern with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office. She received her undergraduate degree from Iona College in 2010 (B.A. Cum Laude) and was nominated to two honor societies.
Nicole’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings. Prior to joining Snyder & Snyder, LLP, Nicole was a real estate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett where she represented leading private equity firms on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of various asset classes, namely industrial parks, data centers, multi-family residential properties and hotels. While at Simpson, Nicole also worked on a wide array of real estate financings (including securitized and mezzanine financings).
Nicole earned her B.A. at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated summa cum laude, and received her J.D. from the New York University (NYU) School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. At NYU, Nicole was named Order of the Coif and was awarded the Morris R. Henkin Prize, a Faculty-nominated award for excellence in Real Estate Law. Nicole is also a proud member of the Junior Board of the Waterside School, an independent school in Stamford, Connecticut that provides top education to children regardless of income or circumstance.
Jonathan’s practice focuses on litigation, land use and zoning, and telecommunications. He has extensive experience in aviation and commercial litigation, as well as transactional matters. Prior to joining Snyder & Snyder in June of 2022, Jonathan represented a broad base of clients, including foreign and domestic airlines and construction companies, in administrative hearings, commercial negotiations, and in litigations in federal and state courts throughout the United States.
Jonathan graduated with honors from St. John’s University School of Law (J.D., 2019). He is the recipient of numerous Dean’s Awards for Excellence for outstanding academic achievement. During law school, Jonathan worked full-time as a mathematics and special education teacher, and as a law clerk specializing in estate planning and special education advocacy and litigation.
Jonathan is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Kelly is a seasoned litigator with expertise in complex commercial litigation in the federal and state courts of New York, California and Georgia.
Prior to joining the firm, Kelly represented wireless telecommunication companies, vendors, contractors, business and property owners in a variety of litigation matters, including breach of contract, real estate disputes, business torts, unfair competition, bankruptcy proceedings and Article 78 proceedings.
Kelly is a graduate of Syracuse University School of Law (J.D., 1998), the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs (M.A., Cum Laude 1998) and the University of California, Davis (B.A., 1993). She is admitted to practice in New York State, the United States District Court (Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of NY), and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District.
Cara is an experienced land use and zoning attorney, representing clients before land use boards in Nassau, Westchester, Orange, Rockland, Dutchess, Ulster and Putnam Counties.
Cara graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law in 1997 (J.D.) with a certificate in Environmental Law. She received a B.S. in Communications from Cornell University in 1993. Cara is a member of the New York State Bar Association, as well as a board member of the Foundation to Inspire Excellence in Nyack Schools, Inc., where she previously held the position of Secretary. She is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey.
David Lozier is Of Counsel to Snyder & Snyder, LLP. He graduated from Boston College Law School in 1999 and received his Bachelor of Arts in political science, summa cum laude in 1991 from Norwich University. Prior to law school he served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
David is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and has concentrated his practice over nearly twenty years in commercial leasing for the top wireless telecommunications provider in the country. His work ranges from new cell site deployment for infrastructure expansion to the ongoing management of existing contracts, the negotiation of master agreements with other providers and governmental agencies and the resolution of landlord/tenant issues, David has handled numerous transactions involving distributed antenna systems for both outdoor and indoor networks in Class “A” office complexes, college campuses, governmental properties, hospitals, hotels, subways and top-tier sports and entertainment venues throughout the northeast.
David previously served as a member of his community’s Zoning Board of Appeals and was involved with the New England Wireless Association.
A member of the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Transactions group, Nicole works with the team in due diligence efforts for major projects, including title and environmental reviews. Since joining the firm over 17 years ago, she has been a significant contributor to solidifying the development of the firm’s core services in real estate law.
Nicole is a real estate transactions expert, concentrating on loan document negotiations as well as acquisitions, sales, and leases of commercial property.
She is an active member of the Westchester Chapter of 100 Hispanic Women, as well as a volunteer at the Community Center of Northern Westchester. Before joining Snyder & Snyder, LLP, Nicole worked as a New York City immigration attorney.
A graduate of Pace University School of Law (1996) and Marist College (1993), Nicole is proficient in Spanish, a member of the New York State Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in New York State.
